1. No Refunds or Exchanges Under Any Circumstances
The Urbanex does not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases. All sales are considered final.
Since our parcels are shipped with an open parcel facility, customers have the opportunity to inspect their order before accepting delivery. This allows customers to verify the product's condition, design, and quality at the time of delivery. Therefore, once an order is accepted, it is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
2. 1-Year Leather Warranty
The Urbanex proudly offers a 1-Year Leather Warranty on all genuine leather products.
This warranty covers:

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by The Urbanex team.
3. Reporting a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact us within the warranty period and provide:

4. Warranty Resolution
If a warranty claim is approved, The Urbanex may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the defective product

Provide a store voucher of equivalent value if repair or replacement is not possible
No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending products for warranty inspection or repair.
If the claim is approved and a replacement is required, The Urbanex will bear the shipping cost of sending the repaired or replacement product to the customer.
